By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Enrollment and Payment
To enroll in a course or workshop, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees as specified on our website or in our promotional materials. All fees are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is due at the time of registration. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.
- Your enrollment is not confirmed until we receive full payment.
- StageCraft Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course or workshop due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your enrollment to another available course or workshop.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- If you cancel your enrollment more than 30 days before the start date of the course or workshop, you will receive a full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
- If you cancel your enrollment between 14 and 30 days before the start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date.
- If you withdraw from a course or workshop after it has started, no refunds will be issued.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
4. Student Conduct
StageCraft Academy is committed to providing a safe and respectful learning environment for all students. We expect all students to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Disruptive, disrespectful, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated.
- Students are expected to arrive on time for all classes and workshops and to participate actively in all activities.
- Students are responsible for their own personal belongings. StageCraft Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Students are expected to comply with all instructions and guidelines provided by instructors and staff.
- StageCraft Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student who violates these conduct guidelines. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, handouts, scripts, and exercises, are the intellectual property of StageCraft Academy or its instructors and are protected by copyright law. Students are not permitted to copy, distribute, or reproduce these materials without the express written permission of StageCraft Academy.
6. Liability
StageCraft Academy shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property sustained by any student while participating in our courses or workshops, except to the extent caused by our negligence.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
StageCraft Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
